As of Jan 26 2010
Psychtoolbox's GetMouse fails with my logitech infrared mouse. In it, 
PsychHid reports a mouse device with 256 "buttons", which breaks the call to 
Screen('GetMouseHelper').

I added a constraint of 32 reported "buttons".

This tweak may never need to leave my machine. When I fix my own HIDx 
code, it will become moot. However, it's worth noting and maybe sending to 
Psychtoolbox.

Since I'm using mexHID now, I don't really care about psychHID and its quirks.
