gvisAnnotatedTimeLine shows date one month in advanced #1

Review the Stock data, which shows data for January. Plot it with the example 
script of the gvisAnnotatedTimeLine function, and you will notice that the data 
is plotted for February rather than January. Apparently Google sets month 0 to 
January.
