Add package to CI to continuously test it #11

Package should be added to .circleci.

@thedanielforum What kind of tests do you have in mind? Just plain linters or using Jest (snapshoting of components) or do u have a test library in mind?

See #9. CI Will just run whatever they add, be that linters and tests.
