provide "force full redraws" mode for sixel rendering #188

Some terminals like KDE's Konsole have deliberately chosen to break Sixel rendering because of ideological concerns about background colors. Mashing Ctrl-L while scrolling or changing tabs to force proper redrawing seems like something the program should do for us.
