Bluecove library bluecove not available.

I am working on a project that transfers packets from PC to mobile and 
vice versa.I am using fedora 10.I have included bluecove-2.1.jar and 
bluecove-gpl-2.1.jar and added it to the classpath as well.but whenever I 
start the code on pc I am unable to retrieve the localdevice.I always get 
an error saying that Bluecove library bluecove unavailable.
Also my usb dongle is not always detected by the pc
I copied the source code for the pc from javabluetooth.com

Please help.

I am also getting above error on fedora.

Try asking on forums or groups first. Your steps aren't sufficient for 
reproducing the problem.
