Blank screen on settings #424

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to settings
2. Click siphon
3. get blank screen

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected settings to show

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v 2.2.0

Installation of 2.3rc4 solved my problem (empty/blank config screen), thanks a
