The question bank on all the dashboards should ensure the filter of questions by selecting thematic area #24

The user can filter questions through selecting thematic area. In addition, search engine is also required at the top of the question bank. The screen shot is attached.

  1. Search has been added in Create Question Bank, it was required in Question Bank Archives and Training Wizard Assessments.
  2. Search is Case sensitive. Should be insensitive.
  3. Thematic Area filter is not shown in Question Bank Archives and Training Wizard Assessments.

@Nasirkhan-259 The searchbar on Questions Archive is not filtering anything on our side.

Currently, if you want to filter via thematic area, so the Filter by All should be selected, If the user wants to search by text the All filter should not be selected , other filter should be selected.
