HTTP 500 when trying to upload caliper trial results #268

The last six times I've run a benchmark result in "Some trials failed to 
upload." The caliper logs report HTTP 500 error codes. I'm giving up for now. 
The measurements are valuable, but from my general experience using the tool, 
the web app is very unreliable. If the problem lies with Google AppEngine, 
perhaps deploy to GCE or EC2?
