Change to vertexing performance calculation

Summary

This pull request introduces the following changes

• Modifies treatment of single-track vertices to reproduce vertexing results from GN1 pub note
• Fixes shuffling bug with H5Reader in aux_results
• Redefine truth vertices to only include ones with all tracks from HF
