Describe the Bug

I've been running Umami for some months already in Kubernetes. I'm not sure after which update, but lost the ability to create new websites. Whenever I try, either as a regular user or as admin, I get Unauthorized. image

Database

PostgreSQL

Relevant log output

I can't see anything related to this in the logs.

Which Umami version are you using? (if relevant)

v2.13.2, v2.12.1, v2.11.3, v2.10.2

Which browser are you using? (if relevant)

Chrome

How are you deploying your application? (if relevant)

Docker (Kubernetes) https://github.com/christianhuth/helm-charts/tree/main/charts/umami

Today I wiped my database thinking the issue could be related to a broken migration. Even from scratch I'm not able to create new websites. The only difference in my setup is that I'm using Postgres with pgpool. Maybe the latest versions of Umami have issues with this?

This issue is stale because it has been open for 60 days with no activity.

I'm having the same issue, freshly deployed on Kubernetes. Logs say 2024-11-12T16:33:28.011Z umami:middleware useAuth: User not authorized But basically no team or website can be created.
