Keep footer at the bottom when the search results is empty #2139

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open the website
  2. Search smo or no result -> Footer not stayed at the bottom

Expected behavior If number of result is low or empty, it's better to keep footer at the bottom of the page

Looks of footer without footer is weird
