favicon.ico not found #640

I made customization like explained in (https://umap-project.readthedocs.io/en/latest/custom/#customize-your-umap-installation) and according to example (https://github.com/etalab/cartes.data.gouv.fr/tree/master/static).

I put favicon.ico file in static folder. Whatever I do favicon is not displayed.

@svranic you'll have to add the correct meta attribute to the base template too.
