Fixes UMAData events so that removing listeners from them works prope… #251

Fixes UMAData events so that actions get removed from them correctly. Sorts out the issue of 'ApplyAdjustScale' getting applied multiple times ever since we starting calling this in an event for powertools compatibility (2.8.1 RC2)
