UMA folder movable #268

Hi, according to this issue the UMA folder should be movable without issues:

https://github.com/umasteeringgroup/UMA/issues/222

However, FileUtils::GetInternalDataStoreFolder still operates on "{Application.dataPath}/UMA/InternalDataStore" and sometimes this foldertree is created.
