What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Example Code:
import static com.googlecode.javacv.cpp.opencv_core.*; 
import static com.googlecode.javacv.cpp.opencv_imgproc.*; 
import static com.googlecode.javacv.cpp.opencv_highgui.*; 

public class Smoother {
    public static void smooth(String filename) {

3.After I complied the code, the exception appeared.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

PS:"不是有效的 Win32 应用程序" means "is not a valid Win32 application"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Runtime environment:
System:Win7(X64)
IDE:Eclipse(Version: Juno Service Release 1V)
Opencv:version(2.4.3)
Javacv:version(0.3)
