What was done:

Fixed validation bugs on links
Fixed visualization of stakeholders in document requests
Date is now a string. Umberto don't beat me
Links are now visualized in requests as in the API documentation
Links are finally visible from GET /documents and GET /documents/{id} requests

What are the issues I've found:

It is possible to create a link with the same source and target id. We should discuss this possibility
If a document has no links, an empty array is returned. Don't know if this is a real issue
