Incorrect tag name in the generated package.xml files (license) #61

Output file package.xml generated by command UmbPack init contains a tag <licence>, but it should be <license> whitch is supported by Umbraco package standard. This misspell also make occour an error durning package installation in Umbraco 7, because <license> tag is required by this Umbraco version.
