RTE Editor embedded in a Block List Item is gone after using drag&drop on the Block list Items

Bug summary

We have a Block List Editor with several Content Items, one of them is a RTE. If the the user uses drag&drop to change the order of the block list items, the content of the embedded RTEs is empty

Steps to reproduce

• Add a block list Item with an RTE
• add content to the RTE
• Add a another block list item with an RTE
• add content to the RTE
• use drag and drop to move the first block list item below the second one
• ISSUE: content of both RTEs is gone

Expected result / actual result

Content of the RTE is not been removed if the user Drag and Drops the Block List Elements
