RTE Editor embedded in a Block List Item is gone after using drag&drop on the Block list Items #15547

Bug summary

We have a Block List Editor with several Content Items, one of them is a RTE. If the the user uses drag&drop to change the order of the block list items, the content of the embedded RTEs is empty
