umbracoUrlName not working on multilanguage site when used in a composition

Bug summary

When adding the umbracoUrlName property to a website that has more then one language, and the property is used in a composition which is not varied by culture, the property no longer functions.

Steps to reproduce

• Create a clean environment.
• Add an extra language
• Set up a page that varies by language
• Add a composition to that page containing the 'umbracoUrlName' property
• Fill in the property on the newly created page and publish it. Result: Url is not changed

This does work when:

• Using a single language OR
• not using a composition OR
• The composition is allowed to be varied by culture AND the umbracoUrlName property is allowed to be varied

Side note: umbracoUrlAlias works properly in all situations as far as I've tested.

I'd expect the url to update correctly
