Schedule publishing failed to re-validate the selected time #17406

Bug summary

When selecting the time for schedule publishing and the time just past, the schedule publishing popup show the error. And then update new publish date, the schedule publishing popup failed to revalidate the new selected time. image

Specifics

No response

Steps to reproduce

  1. Input the next minute as the publish date
  2. Wait for 2 minute
  3. Click "Schedule" button to save the schedule publish
  4. The popup show the error msg
  5. Update the publish date to another future date
  6. The popup failed to re-validate

Expected result / actual result

The system should based on updated datetime value to revalidate
