Current PR contains the build pipeline and the appsettings-schema for Umbraco Authorized Services.

Moved the pipeline (build and release) into the Umbraco CMS Integrations project and addressed the last comment feedback.

The build pipeline is azure-pipeline - Umbraco.AuthorizedServices.yml.
