"NO LICENSE FOUND" error #736

Bug summary

Some times "NO LICENSE FOUND" error in the front end of website. When I restart the site it go away, but several times repeated so I need a permanent solution

Hey @christintom, I understand that it is hard to put reproduction steps down when you can not replicate it yourself, but we will not be able to do a lot without them.

That being said, here are a few nuggets of information that might help you.
