Link to Giftcards on order #345

Would be great if the order set on gift cards were used in the backoffice.

  1. Use it on the giftcard so you can click and navigate to the order
  2. Show the linked giftcards on the order view and make it possible to navigate to each gift card from the order

Good suggestion @runegronkjaer

I think we currently show the Order Id / Order Number next to the Gift Card ID on the right hand side, but yea, we should probably make those linkable 👍
