Feature request: Content transfer for multiple items in a list view + possible conditioning

I got a feature request from a client when it comes to content transfers using Umbraco Deploy. They would like to be able to transfer multiple items in a list view at once - blogposts, for instance. Currently, this has to be done manually one by one (or all items at once), it would be helpful to have the option of selecting multiple items and transfering them with a click of a button (could be added for instance next to the "publish" button as on the screenshot).

Additionally, the customer mentioned having conditioning enabled would be helpful - for instance, to transfer all items modified after a certain date.

I'll keep this open, as it's not a duplicate of but rather extends #140. Unfortunately when looking at it before we ran into issues with these buttons not being obviously extendable in the CMS. But hopefully with Umbraco 14 and a new backoffice there'll be more scope for extension here.
