Umbraco forms 13.2.3 Multiple forms on 1 page, validation triggered on last form ? #1298

This is tested on Umbraco 13.5.0 and Umbraco.Forms 13.2.3

If you have two (or more) forms on a page and try to submit the first form, then the validation triggers for the second form instead of the first form.

This looks like the same issue as #1189 that was fixed and maybe #1297, this issue seems to have returned :(

Yes, this looks like the same issue as raised in #1297, which we've identified and will be releasing a patch this week to resolve.
