As a 3rd party integration it's not always possible to keep up with the changes. For now you'd be looking at building your own workflow that can do this. https://our.umbraco.com/documentation/Add-ons/UmbracoForms/Developer/Extending/Adding-a-Workflowtype
Oh, I completely get that. In my case, I can resolve this with Slack's webhook feature, so no worries there.
Just wanted to make you guys aware that this workflow is a bit out of date :)
A new workflow as been added for the new webhooks, we've kept the old workflow as legacy, as to not introduce any breaking changes.
Right, so I've tried to get the Slack workflow in Forms to work but it seems to be obsolete unless you have one of the legacy API tokens that you can't get anymore.
There's a field called "API token" in the Forms workflow and I would expect it to be a token for a specific workspace. I've only found this - https://api.slack.com/legacy/custom-integrations/legacy-tokens - and this article says that it's not possible to generate new tokens.
I've tried to use the App level token instead and while I was able to add it and was allowed to save that workflow, however, when I submitted the Form I didn't get a new entry.
It instead threw an error in the logs(pasted it at the bottom).
I did a bunch of reading, created an app and it does look like the webhooks in an app are the way to go now. https://api.slack.com/messaging/webhooks
