.NET6.0 Web, BlazorServer and Console upgrade

• Upgrades Web sample to .NET6.0
  • Any unneeded code has been removed, to provide the simplest of setups.
  • Refactored Program.cs and Startup.cs to use the new minimal API approach
• Upgrades BlazorServer sample to .NET6.0
  • Any unneeded code has been removed, to provide the simplest of setups.
  • Refactored Program.cs and Startup.cs to use the new minimal API approach
• Upgrades Consolesample to .NET6.0
  • Refactored Program.cs to use the new minimal API approach
• Updates README.md in Web sample to reflect changes and resolved some grammar corrections (Grammarly)
