Which exact UI Library version are you using? For example: 1.0.1 - don't just write v1.

Bug summary
When you add an action to a ChildCollection you can't get the actions to show in ContainerMenu or EntityMenu. For example if I wan't to import to my child collection it really doesn't make sence for me to click on a list element to get the Import button to show.

Steps to reproduce
Use AddCollection and then AddChildCollection to make collections. In the child collection add Umbraco.UIBuilder.Infrastructure.Configuration.Actions.ImportEntityAction.
Expected result / actual result
I expected that the import action would be in the ContainerMenu or EntityMenu.
