Just installed the latest Umbraco via Visual Studio NuGet (version 7.12.2)
During the install, my permissions were showing as broken, with a help doc pointing to: https://our.umbraco.com/documentation/getting-started/setup/install/permissions
Going to that page shows a broken link...
