Our instigator brings on new users! They want to join the circle.

Create new account (UC01)
[x] join new circle button (on user page)
[ ] user adds payment method
[x] user accepts contract
[x] user accepts legal terms
- [ ] Extends: optionally user makes first payment

further improvements for this issue along with #18:

[ ] fix the circle id problem
[ ] reorganize the structure of navigators to fit the design tree.
[ ] add the drawer
[ ] styling w/ stephen
[ ] clean up the code with more modularity
[ ] rename some of the files to fit the design tree
[ ] add a loading screen
