[BUG] Install fails on Kodi Matrix, Pi 4, due to invalid package structure

Bug

trying to install Umbrella on new Matrix installation. Repository installs OK, but installing plugin.video.umbrella-6.6.21.zip fails with a message saying invalid package structure.

Expected Result

that the package would install

Steps To Reproduce

-install from repository -select Umbrellaplug -video addons -umbrella & click install. fails to run the install gives message about invalid package

Kodi Version, Type of Device, Logs, Screenshots, and Additional Info

Kodi Matrix new install on Pi 4.
