🙏🏼[FAVOURITE list root sort(without access to a PC)? #369

my apologies if this seems stupid, but I possess enough knowledge just to be dangerous. I know where to find the favorite list in the user folder under the Android/Data/XBMC root path, and am familiar with the JSON scripting in use; but I am now disabled and without access to a PC, all I have is my Android phone and a 4K Onn/Google box running Kodi Nexus 21. am I stuck? or is there a file management utility or other method for rearranging the sort order of my favorites. I have never been able to do it successfully. thank you very much for entertaining my notion. hopefully, it will become a reality.

Request is unclear. Are you asking for sorting options to be added to Umbrella Favorites?

Yes, please. I have tried all of the permutations currently in "SORTING AND FILTERING" but nothing changes. Do they just need to be 'enabled' by you possibly? Or am I doing something wrong?

I would like to be able to segregate movies from tv, then sort list alpha ascend/descend if possible.

Not at my tv right now, but you're doing something wrong. I edit my favourites by date added and have them in a single widget, movies and tv shows

Settings: TV Shows > Favourites Sorting

For Movies: Settings: General > Favourites Sorting

mostly. (ID10T error.) if you could just tell me where I can find the Umbrestuary skin these days...? I lost it when I switched from the fire stick to the 4K box, and I know I can use it to create the widgets that I want, but I can't seem to find it anymore.

but yes... please close the open Issue.

(and my thanks for cleaning up the Cache cleaning messages. they are perfect now.)
