{manhattanly} is a required dependency for the manhattan plot in the CopyNumber section of the report. It is on CRAN but does not have a conda package built. Since it is on CRAN, we can use conda-forge's CI/CD infrastructure to handle it - PR has been opened at https://github.com/conda-forge/staged-recipes/pull/23330. Fyi @skanwal - I used https://github.com/bgruening/conda_r_skeleton_helper to generate the recipe and submitted to conda-forge based on the instructions at https://conda-forge.org/#add_recipe.
Package has been built and is available from https://anaconda.org/conda-forge/r-manhattanly/files (though no support for R v4.1, will see if it affects anything). This issue will close once #107 is merged to main.
