Adding basic support for files under Reports/ from the BCL Convert workflow.
Covers the following files:
Adapter_Metrics.csv
Demultiplex_Stats.csv
Index_Hopping_Counts.csv
Top_Unknown_Barcodes.csv
Still need to do some sample remapping to use SubjectID + LibraryID instead.
