Harmonise naming conventions in docopts #194

Rather than use (--bundle-id <bundle_id> | --bundle-name <bundle_name> use --bundle <bundle_id_or_name>.

This is applicable to

--pipeline-id | --pipeline-code --project-id | --pipeline-name --output-parent-folder-id | --output-parent-folder-path --analysis-storage-id | --analysis-storage-size --data-uri | --data-id `
