There's a benefit to having all of the helper scripts in their own package. As we have more use-cases through the Orcabus, that don't need the entire plugin suite but wouldn't mind a pypi package to install so that the token/api configuration and project data handling is all sorted? There could be a lot of benefits for that.
The icav2 cli plugins could then call the underlying pypi package.
