direct to Slack channel??
- this is the existing pattern use in stacks:
- Portal notification (and, corresponding notification service) that leverage libslack
- infrastructure repo: multiple account slack (Batch notification)

might be few more here & there...

Could potentially also use Chatbot setup from #400 with custom notifications.

At the mo;

We used "Incoming WebHooks" integration in various application stacks. https://api.slack.com/messaging/webhooks

While it is still valid and working integration, Slack recommends leveraging newer modernised "Slack Platform" automation integration. https://api.slack.com/docs

This is on the infra backlog.
