Bump NGS_utils and vcf_stuff to bring in the allgenes bed and to filter on that for hypermutated samples (>500K SNVs)
- moved that BED to NGS_utils from the umccrise repo for convenience
Filter SNVs for Pierian on the allgenes bed and then remove noncoding intergenic/intronic until the 50K threshold is achieved.
