This is attributed to the FASTA file supplied by oviraptor not getting used due to us feeding it with one via the refdata bundle: https://github.com/umccr/oviraptor/blob/fb55821/oviraptor/workflow.smk#L51

One path forward is to change that bit of code to use the oviraptor FASTA by default - I do not want to touch the umccrise refdata tarball again until I sort out the PCGRdb automation.
