Preparing Ditto 0.11.2 release #227

Hot-fix patch release to quickly resolve a bug with the newly introduced PostProcessor feature. See commit 88336e7417b98a39bbc6d41a977dbdaa15b6da13 for details.

This bug was only exposed when using Ditto concurrently. The unit-tests and local development didn't expose this issue.
