We need to find a better alternative to calling IsVisible() as this will exclude any content not set to show in nav.

Updated it just to check for "null" - Umbraco.Content should only be dealing with published nodes, so I would assume a null, would exclude any nodes which have been set to "unpublished" and or/out of synch with examine.
