Converting stats/metrics dictionary output into tables or graphs #86

Currently the metrics from the Metrics class outputs a dictionary with the information. It would be nice to have functions that 'parse' this info, and automatically create:

Output in a tabular format for easier reading (e.g. sklearn classification_report
Useful plots for presentations, etc.
