All looks fine to me- all committed files are soft links, and Yipeng's check (https://github.com/umd-lhcb/lhcb-ntuples-gen/pull/109#issuecomment-1062176102)

git fetch origin <branch_name>
git checkout <branch_name>
git log --shortstat

gives a reasonable summary
