Generate step1 run 2 ntuple #21

We should be able to generate some sub-optimal run 2 ntuple with minimal changes to our existing run 1 reconstruction script.

Previously I downloaded the wrong DST files. I'm redownloading right now.

Also, we should use Stripping/v28r1. The stripping line name is unchanged. More detail can be found here: http://lhcbdoc.web.cern.ch/lhcbdoc/stripping/config/stripping28r1/semileptonic/strippingb2d0muxb2dmufortaumuline.html
