According to Phoebe's fitter template overview, there's a Combinatorial D* sample, in additional to the regular comb sample.

We think this refers to the wrong-sign slow Pi sample, but so far we haven't located the generation procedure for it. We should do better.

This is used in the fit and the histogram is named h_doug. I'll track the validation progress in #96.
