Edit and update About page content via CMS #17

Give site maintainers two big fields in which to write markdown—one for the main "About" content (with subheadings as needed) and one for the list of project team (as markdown lists)

Just noting that the new GraphQL to get the About page content from the CMS necessitated an update to the queries for exhibits so that's addressed in this PR as well.
