Changes to Header #5

Updates of g2.xml, perhaps others, should be up today. Want to consider (not sure how much of this gets hard coded into schema):

  1. on dimensions/@scope consider: "frag-writ" and "col-writ" for "-chars": more precise (writing, rather than characters)
  2. on the with \@frag-writ and \@col-writ, not on the others.
  3. under with \@scope=frag-writ, can omit width when edge is irregular (or perhaps that is the value of width?)
  4. Suggested change to to include \@who Currently using full names Replace with responsibility list (in own document or in ref.xml?)?
