Fix Misery metadata #329

One page of E2 is a draft for Misery, while the rest is a fair copy. This needs to be reflected in the TEI metadata. A new TEI file and manifest will need to be created.

tei/ox
   ox-misery_e2_frag.xml (current, fair copy only)
   ox-misery_e2_frag_draft.xml (new, draft)
