Typo in plot_sim_event #1

In the README of the plot_sim_event file, there might be a typo in step 2:

This will runt he actual simulation for those 1000 events.

I believe we are referring to the 1000 neutrinos, not the events.

I think in this case, I am using "event" and "neutrino" interchangeably. Do you think it'd be clearer if I said neutrinos?

I think it would be clearer yes. Because in the beginning we say that we start with 1.000 neutrinos, but we do not get 1.000 events that pass the triggers (right?). Mainly to avoid confusion.
