added rockspec #11

Hey!... I've added a rockspec. The only code to change seems to be in lua-aws/util.lua:468 That is a services path, but is hardcoded!

What do you think?

hi, thank you for your contribution again :D I think there is few point to consider. so I create PR #12 to further discussion. can you check it? regards,
